Vegetarian eating at the fair is easier than its reputation suggests, but it is spread thin across a lot of stands rather than concentrated in a few. These are the stands with an item I have recorded as vegetarian, and the item that qualified.

A stand is here for one specific item rather than because its whole menu qualifies, which is why the item that matched is named beside it. It also means the list is only as complete as the menus that have been published — a stand that has never listed its ingredients will not appear, however well it would fit.
