Saturday Dumpling Company is a Minneapolis food business offering frozen dumplings, xiao long bao soup dumplings, wontons and a variety of modern Chinese food. Started by husband-and-wife duo Peter Bian and Linda Cao in 2021 from Peter's mom's recipes, it has since grown into three restaurant locations.
