The Perfect Pickle

The Perfect Pickle says it has been serving its signature deep-fried pickles at the Minnesota State Fair since 1998. The menu runs from the original fried pickle with ranch to a zesty Cajun version and a Gourmet Pickle stuffed with cream cheese, plus the un-fried "Naked Pickle" on-a-stick. It is a seasonal business open only during the fair and a few other events, and runs two stands: Dan Patch & Liggett near the Midway, and Underwood & Lee on the North End.
