Cafe Caribe calls itself "your slice of paradise at the Minnesota State Fair" — Caribbean food, refreshing beverages, live music and a Caribbean atmosphere, open only during the fair's twelve days. It has been family-owned fun since 1998.

The 2026 Minnesota State Fair ended on Monday, September 7, 2026. Everything below describes the 2026 fair, which is the most recent one I hold — stands, buildings and rides carry over year to year, but dates, prices and schedules do not. I update it when the fair publishes for 2027. The 2027 fair runs August 26 – September 6, 2027 — 293 days away.

  • Lemon Blueberry Whiplash New A blend of tart lemon zest, fresh blueberry juice, vanilla and cane sugar. Completed with a touch of lactose for a creamy finish, this hard seltzer is inspired by a classic summer frozen treat. (Gluten-free) 5% ABV. Brewed in Minneapolis, Minn., by Sociable Cider Werks.
  • Frozen Pistachio Espresso Martini Hard Seltzer New Rich, 100% real Colombian coffee and creamy pistachio flavors blend into a smooth nutty finish. This frozen, brewed twist on the classic cocktail is topped with a chocolate-covered coffee bean – because why not be a little extra? (Gluten-removed) 5% ABV.
