Everything below describes the 2026 fair, which is the most recent one I hold — stands, buildings and rides carry over year to year, but dates, prices and schedules do not. I update it when the fair publishes for 2027. The 2027 fair runs August 26 – September 6, 2027 — 293 days away.

A fair is a shared-fryer problem more than a menu problem. Several of the stands below deep-fry, and a gluten-free batter dropped into oil that has fried breading all day does not reach you gluten-free. Nothing here is a coeliac-safe certification: it is what the stand or the fair has published about the recipe. Ask at the window. This list is also only as complete as the menus I hold — a stand that has never published an ingredient list will not appear on it, even if it should.

From the menus, not from the stand names: every stand carrying at least one item recorded gluten-free or gluten-friendly, across the 8,143 menu items and the 2026 new-food list I hold. An item counts either because the listing carries that tag or because the stand said so in the item’s own name — "Pronto Pup on-a-stick" is a stand declaring the thing, not me guessing it. A stand is here for one specific item rather than because its whole menu qualifies, which is why the item that matched is named beside it. And the list is only as complete as the menus that have been published: a stand that has never listed what is in its food will not appear, however well it would fit.
