A fair is a shared-fryer problem more than a menu problem. Several of the stands below deep-fry, and a gluten-free batter dropped into oil that has fried breading all day does not reach you gluten-free. Nothing here is a coeliac-safe certification: it is what the stand or the fair has published about the recipe. Ask at the window. This list is also only as complete as the menus I hold — a stand that has never published an ingredient list will not appear on it, even if it should.

A stand is here for one specific item rather than because its whole menu qualifies, which is why the item that matched is named beside it. It also means the list is only as complete as the menus that have been published — a stand that has never listed its ingredients will not appear, however well it would fit.
