Paella Depot
Paella Depot is a Minneapolis paella specialist — pans, ingredients, catering and pan rentals — that built a one-of-a-kind custom food trailer on the back of what it calls a 25-year legacy as the Twin Cities' original paella street vendor. Skilled chefs cook the chicken-and-chorizo paella in giant open pans in front of you, alongside freshly ladled aguas frescas, and all its paellas are gluten-, dairy- and nut-free. The company highlights being named one of the best new foods of the 2024 Minnesota State Fair.
