Kosharina Egyptian Cuisine brings the street food of Cairo to Minnesota, built around koshari — fluffy rice, lentils and pasta under a tangy tomato sauce, crispy fried onions and a garlicky vinegar sauce. The business was established in 2024 as a Minnesota State Fair food vendor and continues to serve festivals, events and private catering, adding dishes like a chicken kabob sandwich and drinks including mango juice and hibiscus tea.
