From the menus, not from the stand names: every stand carrying at least one item recorded cheese or dairy, across the 8,143 menu items and the 2026 new-food list I hold. An item counts either because the listing carries that tag or because the stand said so in the item’s own name — "Pronto Pup on-a-stick" is a stand declaring the thing, not me guessing it. A stand is here for one specific item rather than because its whole menu qualifies, which is why the item that matched is named beside it. And the list is only as complete as the menus that have been published: a stand that has never listed what is in its food will not appear, however well it would fit.
