Lumpia City

Lumpia City makes Filipino-American fusion lumpia — a thin, crispy-wrappered appetizer comparable to an egg roll. Founded by Alexa and Sam as a pop-up at farmers markets and microbreweries, the business now brings its fusion-style flavors to state fairs, and its own site lists the Minnesota State Fair, August 27 to September 7.
