Midtown Global Market's El Taco Torro
Here Sept. 2 – 7 only. El Taco Torro is a family business run by Jose Haro and his family, who moved to the U.S. about 28 years ago and built their kitchen around the grandmother's cooking that first inspired them - the legacy and family heritage they say they carry on through cooking. They run a deli inside Midtown Global Market in Minneapolis, open year round, plus a seasonal food truck and an event catering operation.
