Summit On A Stick
Summit on a Stick is Summit Brewing Company's own booth, in the north section of the International Bazaar. Summit is a St. Paul craft brewery founded in 1986 by Mark Stutrud, who set out to brew beers inspired by old-world traditions before craft brewing was cool; it remains independently owned. At the 2026 fair the booth pours Extra Pale Ale, Summit Lager, Hefeweizen, Oktoberfest, Sága IPA, Oatmeal Stout on nitro and a non-alcoholic option, along with the State Fair exclusive Midway Sparkling Ale.
