Soul Bowl

Soul Bowl is soul food reimagined by chef Gerard Klass, who uses unique flavors and modern techniques to present the soul food of his childhood; no dish contains pork and there are vegetarian and vegan options, ordered quick-service and build-your-own. Gerard and Brittney Klass started Soul Bowl in November 2017 with a two-day pop-up in North Minneapolis, where customers lined up around the block. Alongside its brick-and-mortar location, Soul Bowl now serves at the Minnesota State Fair, Target Field, Target Center, Allianz Field and U.S. Bank Stadium.
