Classic burgers served with a side of pure weirdness. Coasters is famous for the Uncrustaburger — a beef patty sandwiched between two fried PB&J Uncrustables. Only at the fair.

Everything below describes the 2026 fair, which is the most recent one I hold — stands, buildings and rides carry over year to year, but dates, prices and schedules do not. I update it when the fair publishes for 2027. The 2027 fair runs August 26 – September 6, 2027 — 293 days away.

  • Lemon Drop Martini Slushie New Real squeezed lemon juice delivers a burst of sweet-tart lemon notes in every sip. A vibrant and refreshing hard seltzer slushie inspired by the classic lemon drop candy. (Gluten-removed) 5% ABV. Brewed in Stillwater, Minn., by Lift Bridge Brewing Company.
  • Mango Heat New Juicy mango lager with an exciting "Minnesota spicy" sizzle. A bright background of citrus keeps it cool and refreshing from the first sip to the last. 5.1% ABV. Brewed in Minneapolis, Minn., by Indeed Brewing.
