Big Fat Bacon
Big Fat Bacon is a quarter-pound of bacon, grilled, maple-glazed, dusted with a seven-pepper and sea salt blend and served hot on a stick. The stand says there is only one place on earth to get it: the Minnesota State Fair, where it has had "satisfied customers since 2008." You'll find it on the corner of Dan Patch and Underwood, by World's Greatest Fries and Fan Central.
